Marketing Your Sustainable Business

In response to feedback given at our last B2B meeting in April, this month we will spend the second half of our meeting delving deeply into a specific sustainability topic.  This months topic is Marketing Your Sustainable Business.

Sustainability is a business buzzword, but it can mean many different things.
  • How can you use your commitment to sustainability to attract customers?
  • How can you avoid using jargon that confuses and alienates potential customers?
  • How can you differentiate your company from some of the businesses that might just be “greenwashing?”
  • How can your messages tie into your target markets’ underlying values and beliefs?
Good Egg Marketing founder Myrna Greenfield, will lead a presentation and discussion of how to market your sustainable business by defining what you do, understanding your target market, and developing and delivering the right messages. Good Egg Marketing is a Massachusetts-based business that provides expert marketing for good food and good causes.
